- Horseshoe, Hub RTP | Opening 2024 | We’d love to work from this U-shaped trio of buildings housing offices over ground-floor retail.
- Seaboard Station, 11 W. Franklin St. | Opening 2024 | This development will include eateries like Biscuit Belly, house apartments, and more.
- Rus Bus, 510 W. Martin St. | Opening mid-2025 | All aboard for this new centralized transit hub. In addition to connectivity for buses and commuters, the adjoining Union West will include residential and retail spaces.
- Highland North Hills Apartments, North Hills, 4321 Lassiter at North Hills | Opening summer 2024 | A 12-story building with 287 units, including studios and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments will join the North Hills Main District.

- The Bend, 853 W. Morgan St. | Opening 2024 | From the folks at Trophy Brewing comes The Bend Bar, a casual hangout featuring brews and cocktails, along with two more upcoming concepts.
- Birdie’s Barroom and Kitchen, 150 Fayetteville St. | Opening summer 2024 | A little birdie told us this spot will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner a day on Raleigh’s main street.
- The Brass Tap, 400H, 400 Hillsborough St. | Coming soon | This burgeoning craft beer chain has 50 locations, and this will be the first in NC.

- Drift, 3510 Wade Ave. | Opening 2024 | Hailing from the beaches of Wilmington, we can’t wait to feel the sea breeze while sipping high quality coffee.
- Flour and Barrel, 400 W. North St., Ste. 120 | Opening 2024 | Replacing Little City Brewing, expect barrel-aged spirits and fresh pastas.
- Giorgios Epicurean Market, 2020 Progress Ct., Ste. 150 | Opening spring 2024 | Also known as GEM, this crown jewel will be a European day-to-night cafe and market.

- The Yard Milkshake Bar, Seaboard Station, 11 W. Franklin St. | Opened April 2024 | Over-the-top milkshake creations, sundaes, scooped ice cream, and edible cookie dough recently joined Seaboard Station, thanks to the couple behind the popular foodie Instagram account RaleighFoodTrap.
