Pin Point, a sports + entertainment concept geared toward pickleball and golf, is coming to Raleigh this summer — this will be the largest indoor pickleball + golf facility in the US, according to Triangle Business Journal.

Located at 2201 S. Wilmington St. near Kane Realty Corporation’s future Downtown South development, the facility will be equipped with 16 pickleball courts, eight golf simulators, a chipping + putting area, and sports bar.

Pin Point will span 71,000 sqft and live on the second floor of an existing warehouse above current residents Mid Atlantic Roofing Supply and Iron Mountain. Pin Point’s trio of owners includes former NC State QB Garrett Leatham, and they each have real estate + contracting experience.

If you haven’t been bit by the pickleball bug yet, check out local courts to get good before Pin Point opens this summer.
