This “Sweepstakes” is designed and administered by Tri Pointe Homes Holdings, Inc. (“Sponsor”). Void where prohibited. The Sweepstakes entry period is between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. EST NOVEMBER 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

To enter, attend our Summit at Homestead Model Debut Event and provide your contact card or fill out our Sweepstakes entry form and drop it into our Sweepstakes container. Limit one entry per person.

Entry must include contact information to qualify. Must be licensed North Carolina Realtor and resident, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsor (and members of their immediate family and/or those living in the same of household of each such employee) are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to extend, modify or discontinue the promotion at any time without prior notice for reasons beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible completed entries received. Drawing will occur, and winner will be announced, at the expiration of the Sweepstakes Period expiration. Winner will be notified in person or by email.

The prize is one (1) Yeti Cooler with a retail value of approximately $250. Winner is responsible for all taxes and other fees. Prize is not exchangeable for cash, not transferable or assignable.
