Located a short ~30 minute drive from downtown Raleigh is Phillips Farms in Cary. Phillips Farms is cultivating family-fun this summer with Shop & Play Saturdays. Visitors can check out a local farmers market and outdoor games like a giant tic-tac-toe board at the over-100-year-old farms.

Mark your calendar for specially themed Saturdays, including the Celebration of Fathers and BBQ Fest on Saturday, June 17 with vendors like Dampf Good BBQ and live music to celebrate Dad.

Farm-goers can also drop by Peach Fest on Saturday, June 24 and Watermelon Fest on Saturday, July 29 to tuck into fresh local produce. The farm also has homemade kettle corn, which is always a blue ribbon in our book.
