Yesterday, Kane Realty Corporation revealed plans for a new food + beverage destination in the North Hills Innovation District .
The freestanding, 6,000-sqft building will have more outdoor seating than any other North Hills space — 15,000 sqft, to be exact.
The building will feature large windows + doors that will open to extensive covered seating and uncovered patio areas backing up to Big Branch Creek. Two wooden pedestrian bridges will be built over the creek to provide access to parking and adjacent ground-floor retail.
The food and beverage hub will be located between these previously announced — and under construction — buildings:
- The Pumphouse : Retail space with an outdoor biergarten
- Tower 5 : 18-story office building with ground-level retail space
- Channel House : 200-unit apartment building with ground-level shopping + dinning options
Construction of the newly-announced building will begin next summer and is expected to wrap up in summer 2024.
