Raleigh’s seen plenty of new developments over the years — but some things never change, like the iconic A-frame IHOP on Hillsborough Street. The building sat vacant for a few years, and locals were worried it would be torn down for good, but Alpaca Peruvian Chicken bought the building and kept the iconic structure.
