Eastcut Sandwich Bar is now open at Raleigh Iron Works (1101 E. Whitaker Mill Rd., Ste. 126). This is the creative sandwich shop’s second Triangle location featuring small plates, salads, specialty sandos, and a large covered patio.

Co-founders Brad Bankos and Steve Wuench are originally from New Jersey and the Bronx. In 2018, the duo opened its first shop in Bull City at 3211 Old Chapel Hill Rd.

This neighborhood sub shop’s menu boasts creative sammys like The Falafel Goddess, Burrata ‘Bout It, and East-Katsu.

If you’re a pro sandwich maker, the spot is currently looking to fill multiple positions at its new location.
