The Downtown Raleigh Alliance updated its Storefront Upfit Grant requirements in an effort to revitalize and expand on downtown businesses.

Fayetteville Street was selected as a priority area , which means that businesses located in the defined radius will be able to apply for increased funding amounts of up to $15,000. The upfit reimbursements cover standup expenses like furniture, signage, and displays.
