A photo from the 1950s of the old Village District Theatre. There is a sign that reads "Angels in the Outfield" on a brick building.

Some of you may remember the classics that used to play at the old Village Theatre.

Soak up the season with Village District’s upcoming fall Outdoor Movie Series, featuring three family-friendly faves:

  • The Sandlot | Oct. 10
  • The Parent Trap | Oct. 17
  • Hocus Pocus (with costumes, of course) | Oct. 24

Even better, each ticket includes popcorn + your drink of choice — and all proceeds benefit Comfort Zone Camp, an NC-based nonprofit that transforms the lives of children who have experienced the death of a loved one.

Movies will be screened on the Starbucks Patio, and will start each week at 7 p.m.
