You likely know the Trinity Partners name — maybe you’ve seen one of their signs around the Triangle, have done business with the firm, or know someone who has.

Since opening their Raleigh office in 2009, Trinity Partners Raleigh has grown tremendously, expanding from 12 to 62 full-time professionals. The office leases and/or manages 7,000,000+ sqft of commercial real estate in the Triangle + surrounding areas.

A few weeks ago, Trinity Partners announced that Mark Alviano, Amy Mayer + Ryan Peterman were named Partners in the Raleigh office. “Each will play a vital role as we look to the future of the firm,” says David Townsend, Trinity Partners’ Raleigh Office Managing and Founding Partner.

Meet Mark

Mark Alviano joined the firm in 2013 as Director of Investment Sales and has 27+ years of corporate real estate and financial service experience. At Trinity Partners, Alviano represents institutional + private investors in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties.

Read on to learn about Amy and Ryan’s contributions to the firm and what led them to Trinity Partners (hint: Ryan’s prior experience included general contracting).

Meet Amy

With 30+ years of experience managing commercial real estate, Amy joined Trinity Partners back in 2015 as Senior Portfolio Manager. Today, Amy effectively leads a team of 29 professionals, managing 7,000,000 sqft of institutional quality real estate.

Under her supervision, the Raleigh management portfolio consistently exceeds financial goals, occupancy + capital management while maintaining strong tenant satisfaction scores.

Meet Ryan

Ryan Peterman joined Trinity Partners in 2017 as Senior Project Manager with the goal of leading + expanding the Raleigh-based Project Management team.

Prior to joining the firm, Ryan worked in general contracting, where he managed projects ranging from interior upfits to ground-up multifamily properties.

Ryan has leveraged his 11 years of experience to cultivate and grow Raleigh’s project management service line to become one of the firm’s most successful platforms.*
