Bloom by Trinity Partners is a Tenant Engagement + Building Activation Program that hosts unique monthly events for tenants in Perimeter Park and other Triangle area properties.

From Food Truck Tuesdays and yoga + fitness classes to fundraising and skills workshops, these curated experiences cater to the wants + needs of each specific site and help retain existing tenants and attract new prospects.

Tenants in participating properties have engaged, connected, and grown at 170+ activations across the Triangle in the past year alone.
