It’s no secret that we Raleighites love our active lifestyles.
So when the 2024 Builder of the Year unveiled this new greenway-connected community, which puts residents just a few steps from miles of hike + bike trails, we weren’t exactly surprised when it became an immediate hotspot.
Today, just a few months later, only eight townhomes remain — each offering warm living spaces and EnergySmart® designs starting in the $500s.
Schedule a guided or self-guided tour to experience Elm Park’s elevated spaces firsthand.

The weather is finally shifting, so we’re sharing some of our favorite places to sip and slurp on good soup in Raleigh to get snug, from ramen and pho to crab bisque and classic chicken noodle soup.
Gringo A Go Go | Try pozole made with chicken or spicy pork, served with a condiment tray featuring avocado and dry Mexican oregano.
Hady’s Restaurant | Folks rave about the peanut butter soup + the cow foot soup — pair your soup with nem, a Senegalese spring roll.
O’Malley’s Pub & Restaurant | Folks rave about the French onion soup with a side of local live music and a pint.
Side Street Restaurant | What’s better than soup and a sandwich? We love this old-fashioned Historic Oakwood shop for its imaginative selections paired with a hot soup of the day.
Village Deli | This homey deli is a local favorite for a reason. We recommend pairing the soup du jour with a specialty deli sandwich, like the pimento grilled cheese.
