In December, 2024, NC-native + Grammy Award-winning rapper J. Cole announced Dreamville 2025 will be the last iteration of the fan-favorite hip-hop festival. Here’s who’s playing the fifth and final fest in Dorothea Dix Park.

On Saturday, April 5, Lil Wayne and 21 Savage will headline, and PartyNextDoor, Ludacris, and Ari Lennox will also take the stage.

The fest will wrap up on Sunday, April 6 with one last performance from J. Cole as the headliner, plus GloRilla, neo-soul singer-songwriter Erykah Badu and 2023 Grammy Award-winner Tems.

Tickets are still on sale for Dreamville’s last show starting at $300 for the entire weekend. You’re not going to want to miss this.

In 2023 alone, the festival garnered $145.9 million in revenue for Raleigh. Economic boosts were seen across various industries:
  • $20.5 million for hotels
  • $18.7 million for food + beverage
  • $9.8 million for transportation

Many Americans assume financial advisors simply aren’t worth it, worrying the costs might outweigh the potential returns.

But this is a misconception — one that often ends up limiting long-term wealth generation and future financial security.

In fact, studies have shown that people who work with an advisor save nearly twice as much for retirement as those who don’t: $132,000 vs $62,000, on average.

Looking for guidance? Start local

If you’re interested in an advisor, Raleigh’s own Richardson Private Wealth Advisors is home to the best in the business.

Their tight-knit team recently earned the prestigious Ameriprise Client Experience Award for 2024, a recognition given to advisors with a 4.9+ out of 5.0 client satisfaction rating.

In short? Their clients love them.

Their approach is personalized, goal-driven, and built on trust. Whether you’re planning for retirement or just getting started on your financial journey, their one-on-one guidance is here to help you make confident, long-term decisions.

In addition to Raleigh hosting more than a few games for the men’s tournament, No. 3 seed UNC, No. 2 seed Duke, and No. 2 seed NC State are all hosting games for the NCAA women’s basketball tournament. Here’s a tip for your bracket. Every women’s basketball championship team had a 3 seed or higher — which means our Triangle teams have a pretty good shot at taking it all.
