From breakfast and lunch faves to freshly made sweets, they’ve got options for all hours of the day.
Start your morning right
Up for an early flight? Pair that cup of joe with herby mayo and brioche bread bacon, egg & cheese sandwich.
Looking for a lighter start? Their creamy avocado toast is so good you’ll almost forget you’re about to board a plane.
Midday cravings, solved
For lunch, we especially love the turkey-ham medley in the Black & White Club. But you also can’t go wrong with their twist on the classic BLT.
Pro tip: If you’re a chicken salad fan, Black and White’s is a can’t-miss.
Sweeten the deal
Finally, for those of us with a major sweet tooth, flaky croissants, cheese danishes, and fresh cookies from local bakery Union Special really hit the spot.
The Triangle’s forecast is making snow look possible for Raleigh. Tomorrow’s forecast has a high of just 39 degrees and an overnight low of 24. If enough moisture accumulates, we might just get our first snow since early 2022. Check out our guide to weather this season to read more local predictions. (The News & Observer)

Waas will also open a new Cheeni location at the RTP development. (Triangle Business Journal)

Hey, Raleigh. It’s good to be back. During a trip through West Virginia last week, my family made a stop at New River Gorge National Park, one of our newest national parks, and it was breathtaking. I can’t wait to visit again and soak in more of that outdoorsy wonderland — but Raleigh’s got some of its own natural beauty, too.
