How much do you know about Raleigh?

We’ve got some smart readers. In the past few weeks, we’ve been quizzing you with fast facts about Raleigh and wanted to give you an answer key for a few recent Qs. Don’t worry, there won’t be a test.

56,919: That’s the capacity of Carter-Finley Stadium. We’re not sure if that nod to our area code is on purpose, but we’d like to say it’s fate.

$712: That’s how much each Wake County household saved on average thanks to visitor-generated taxes.

2010: That’s the first year Hopscotch played in Raleigh. You can see the 14th iteration of the festival next weekend downtown.

Lake Johnson Park: That’s Raleigh’s largest park, even with a 150 acre lake in the middle. Dix Park is the second largest with just over 300 — only 20% of quiz-takers got this one right.

If you like these, we’ve got more up our sleeve. Plus, check out our new games section with more brainteasers, including crosswords, word searches, and WordroW.
