Cheers to good beers — find out what Untappd users say are the best in Raleigh. | Photo by RALtoday
Happy National Beverage Day, Raleigh. In honor of the holiday, we’re sharing a few of the most popular + highest rated brews found in Raleigh, according to users of Untappd — an app based in Wilmington, NC where users can check in at breweries, rate and review new beers, and explore bevs internationally.
  • A tribute to the City of Oaks, Raleigh Brewing Company’s Belgian Golden Hell Yes Ma’am packs a fruity, spicy, and warming punch. Careful — it’s easy to drink, but 9.2% ABV.
  • While you visit Ancillary* Fermentation’s cool outdoor space, try Overdraught Protection, a West Coast IPA.
  • Crank Arm Brewing Company’s Road Hazard is a New England-style hazy IPA which the brewery describes as a “cloudy mouthful of hoppy happiness.”
  • A coffee-infused brew, the Hidden Pipe porter from Raleigh Brewing Company is a bitter beer with sweet elements for a balanced sip.
  • The 10% ABV Remix Double IPA from R&D Brewing is a pineapple-y and slightly carbonated hoppy beer with high ratings on Untappd.

The Buy

Lume Acidified Body Wash, which is supposed to remove odor better than soap thanks to its key ingredient: mandelic acid. Choose from scents like clean tangerine or go unscented for sensitive skin types.
