Dose Yoga + Smoothie Bar is opening its second location today, Feb. 22 in the North Hills Innovation District. We recently got a sneak peek of the new space featuring Raleigh’s first-of-its-kind meditation room + contrast therapy room — I can’t wait to take a hot yoga class under the studio stars. Last week, I attended a Higher Dose workshop at the Smoky Hollow location and left feeling tranquil + refreshed.
