A new mixed-use development by Kane Realty Corporation is planned to break ground next summer in Raleigh’s West End near the Warehouse District.

The currently unnamed project will be built on approximately two acres at the corner of South West Street and West Cabarrus Street. The building will be adjacent to Kane’s first West End development, Platform, which is currently under construction + set to open in January 2024.

The most recently announced development will have 240 apartments on five floors atop two stories of parking + 4,000 sqft of ground level retail space (in addition to Platform’s 26,000 sqft of retail space). Dwell Design Studio is the lead architect + local firms McAdams, Stewart, and Lynch Mykins will contribute to the design.

Plans have been submitted + groundbreaking is slated for summer 2023 with expected completion in spring 2025.
