Hi Raleigh, Erin here, and there’s something you might not know about me — I love to eat. Our city offers so many great options for delicious meals, day or night, many from celebrity chefs and big-name restaurant groups. Since I work downtown (writing this from HQ Raleigh), it’s tempting to grab lunch out everyday.

Let’s just say, I’ve become something of an expert in keeping it under budget, so here are 6 local lunches under $8. We’re growing this list, so be sure to shoot us a message if we missed one of your favorites.
