The Raleigh Vegan Chef Challenge has chefs showcase their vegan cooking skills with new dishes. Over a dozen local restaurants are making plant-based dishes — try them all month and vote for your favorites.

If you’re looking to make a delicious change for the new year, give Veganuary and the Raleigh Vegan Chef Challenge a try. During the month of January, 14 Triangle restaurants will feature new vegan meals + dishes which diners can vote on.

Here are just a few delectable plant-based options available during the challenge.
