Hey folks — City Editors Allie + Cat here. We are so excited to invite our readers to two Drink Up events hosted by The Willard and Il Falò to mingle and celebrate some excellent local drink makers. We can’t wait to see y’all there.

Rooftop Drink Up Mixer at The Willard | Thursday, July 20 | 5-7 p.m. | Join us on the rooftop to try The Pop Rock & Drop It, made with Mystic bourbon, blueberry barbecue shrub, lemon, and Pop Rocks. Pair the fizzy drink with pulled pork or barbecue jackfruit sliders. This barbecue-inspired cocktail was created by bartender Jessie Rossabi in collaboration with Mystic Farm & Distillery.

Pizza & Prosecco at Il Falò | Tuesday, July 25 | 5:30-7:30 p.m. | Try bartender Camren Hite’s Calabrian Chile Margarita: a spicy, Italian-inspired margarita featuring Casamigos Blanco tequila, Calabrian chile, lime, triple sec, and wood-fired pineapple. Or, grab a glass of draft prosecco and your choice of pizza for $18.
