Get ready to hoist a Guinness — St. Patrick’s Day is Sunday, March 17, and Raleigh is going green. From bagpipe performances to green beer, these 12 events around the City of Oaks are sure to bring you the luck of the Irish.

Friday, March 15

Saturday, March 16

  • Raleigh St. Patrick’s Day Parade | Saturday, March 16 | 10 a.m. | Starts at the State Capitol Building, Raleigh | Free | Watch downtown come alive with Irish tradition as the streets fill with dancers, marching bands, skaters, dogs, and more — head to an after party at Hibernian Pub.
