Here’s how to enter to win:

  1. Head to our survey and answer some questions for us (don’t forget to include your email address + first name/last initial). Note: Your email will only be shared with Orangetheory Fitness if you opt-in to receive future promotions from Orangetheory Fitness.
  2. Make sure to enter by Sunday, Feb. 19 at 11:59 p.m.
