DigsDigest:

A RALtoday series where we spotlight some of the hottest homes currently on the market.

Hey, Raleigh. ๐Ÿ‘‹ One of our teamโ€™s guilty pleasures is driving around different neighborhoods + looking at our dream houses. (Okay, we may have watched one too many episodes of Netflixโ€™s Selling Sunset .)

You know the ones we mean, right? The houses youโ€™d live in if you could have your pick of Raleighโ€™s super-competitive real estate market? Not to mention, driving around fantasy-house-hunting is a great way to get off the couch and now that the housing market is heating up, thereโ€™s plenty of real estate to gaze at.

Weโ€™ve curated a list of our favorite multi-million-dollar-listings on the market this spring for you to plan a fun fantasy house hunters road trip through Raleigh. You could even pretend youโ€™re one of the tech executives coming into town + pick out which one youโ€™d buy. ๐Ÿ

As we all know, the real estate market in Raleigh and around the Triangle can be quite a wild ride โ€” our city is full of economic opportunity, new development, great restaurants, hip music venues + fun cultural events. (And itโ€™s only getting better.)

Demand is currently booming in Raleighโ€™s housing market , following the pandemic causing more people to look for more comfortable spaces to work from home + new people to move to the area that we like to call โ€œZoomers .โ€

In December 2020, 31% of homes in Raleigh were sold above their listing price according to Zillow . In just the first quarter of 2021,153 homes closed for at least $1 million โ€“โ€“ twice the amount of high-ticket houses sold during the same period last year.

Here are some of the most elegant homes on the market that money can buy:
