Raleigh Iron Works has had quite the expansion since its summer 2023 opening. The mixed-use development has welcomed a variety of tenants over the past year ranging from eateries to lifestyle businesses.

Since March, the development has added two restaurants and a brewery. Chef Scott Crawford’s Brodeto focuses on southern Italian and Croation cuisine with a seafood-centered menu. Jaguar Bolera is a an “eatertainment” concept with duckpin bowling, a self-serve tap wall, and elevated Mexican food. Ponysaurus Brewing Co. has 18 taps, a full bar, specialty pizzas, and more.

Yet, there’s still much more fun to come. Retailers up next to make a home of Raleigh Iron Works are: Hunky Dory, a beloved 919 vinyl store, Atlanta-based Tex-Mex restaurant Little Rey, and an expansion of The Flourish Market in the form of a coworking space. Flourish Coworking will be adjacent to the brand’s boutique and is set to open in October.

For now, there’s still plenty of shopping and adventure to have. The development has Urban Pothos for plant lovers, YoBa for yoga + barre exercise, high-intensity pilates studio Solidcore, East Cut Sandwiches, Andia’s Ice Cream and Beatniks, a clothing store with fashions ranging from outdoor to skatewear.
