The project, named The Overlook, will add 5,158 square feet of retail space and include a 4,342 square foot rooftop patio. 🤩

What’s coming:

On the street level, Cameron Village is planning for two additional retail shops. One space is 3,043 square feet + the other is 3,896 square feet.

For the rooftop — the focal point of the project — there will be enough space for two tenants, however, York Properties and Regency Centers have shared with ITB Insider that they are looking to bring more night life to Cameron Village with a full-service restaurant on the top level space. ITB Insider also shared that they’ve officially “started a business plan for a culinary conglomerate” of Raleigh classics, including Crowley’s, Frazier’s, Porter’s, Bogart’s.

#BeTheBroker:

Now it’s your turn to share what you’d like to see added to The Overlook. You have 4,342 square feet of rooftop patio space at Cameron Village that needs to be filled by a tenant that offers a dining experience at some capacity. What tenant are you bringing into the space? Would you split it into two spaces or make it one big area? What will they serve and specialize in?

Erin: If I were the broker, I would ask Club Monaco to join Cameron Village on the street level and bring a steakhouse to the rooftop patio of The Overlook.

Trevor: If I were the broker, I would ask for a thrift store to join Cameron Village on the street level and bring a wine bar to the rooftop patio of The Overlook.

Share with us who you are offering the space up to and we’ll reshare the ideas in a future newsletter. 👀 Best of luck, brokers.
