You know that outfit that makes you feel like a million bucks? That’s the feeling Merz Aesthetics and Dress For Success Triangle are bringing to underserved women in the Triangle community.

Enter: the mobile “Confidence Boutique.” The Confidence Boutique solves the transportation issues these women face by bringing business attire + interview training directly to underserved communities.

Since October 2022, they have served 178 women through 14 events, with more events planned for 2023 (including three job fairs for veterans at Fort Liberty).*
