321 Coffee expands brand and inclusivity in Raleigh

Learn how 321 Coffee’s expansion is supporting inclusivity for adults with intellectual disabilities in the Triangle.

321 Coffee’s team is inclusive and ready to serve up fresh brews.

The Raleigh-based coffee shop 321 Coffee is expanding and will now have its specialty roasts in Whole Foods across the Triangle.

321 Coffee’s mission is to provide employment to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a place built on inclusivity.

The company currently employs over 50 adults with intellectual disabilities, “They are the ones roasting the coffee, taking the orders, and making the lattes. We are demonstrating the value of an inclusive business model.”

If you’d like to support the shop, stop one of the locations for an in-house roasted coffee or purchase items via our digital marketplace, Six and Main.
