Easter is Sunday, April 20, and the options for brunch and dinner plans are becoming more limited by the day. Fear not gentle reader — we’ve got you covered with six local options for your nourishment. Whether you’re dining out and need a reservation or want a catered meal for the family, there’s a choice for everyone.

Note: All reservations were researched based on parties of two to four.

Brunch

Barcelona Wine Bar | Make a reservation | This tapas restaurant features dishes like olive oil pancakes, chorizo hash, and serrano Benedict with a menu featuring over 50 wines.

Hummingbird | Make a reservation | Oysters for breakfast? Yes please. We’re ordering charbroiled oysters with lemon, chili, Parmesan, herbs, and toast or the Monte Cristo — both look promising.

St. Roch | Make a reservation | Enjoy mimosas, flame-roasted oysters, and beignets made for sharing. Plus, if you’re into spicy foods, try the Bolo ‘n grits.

Dinner

Gravy | Make a reservation | Enjoy an Italian-American dinner with appetizers like the risotto balls and entrees like the vodka ravioli — plus, top it off with the chef’s current cheesecake creation.

Irregardless | Make a reservation | This 50-year Raleigh staple can be trusted for a quality, farm-to-table meal. Try dishes like the avocado citrus salad or crab dip as an appetizer, the Morgan Street chicken or oyster mushroom paired with melted leek soubise for your main course.

Parkside | Make a reservation | Grab a meal with a homey feel from this corner spot. City Editor Danyale here. Try Mom’s meatloaf or the braised short-rib stroganoff — both satisfied my taste buds.

Meals to go

Pre-order a special-made brunch or dinner from Table & Twine by Tuesday, April 15 and use the time to connect with family. The brunch package includes Gruyere and spinach quiche, seasonal berry parfait, and more, and the dinner package offers a choice of chicken florentine or brown sugar ham as the main. Check out all of the details.
