Hey y’all. Carly here. 👋 Fitness + health are top of mind for many of us this time of year. And I’m no different. Many Americans look at the start of the new year as the perfect time to get into shape. DYK: some of the most common new year resolutions are exercising more, eating healthier, and losing weight.

Last summer, I started running every day because, well, there wasn’t much else to do. But as of January, I’ve started working out at Burn Boot Camp (1951 High House Rd. in Cary). BBC offers a 45-minute HITT workout class that combines cardio and strength — and it’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in a hot minute. Having that added instruction + group setting has really changed the game for me.

In the hopes of motivating you and helping others stay on top of their fitness goals, we’ve compiled a list of 10 fitness classes around the Triangle. It’s time to get your sweat on, Raleigh.
