Hey, Raleigh. Team members Allie + Garcelle here. Come along with us for a relaxing afternoon of massages, facials, and salt therapy at Woodhouse Spa.

With thoughtful amenities like plush robes + slippers in personalized lockers and built-in relaxation time in the Quiet Room throughout our treatments (let’s just say we found it hard to leave).

What we tried:

Allie here — I opted for the Soothe & Hydrate Facial, personalized for my younger and ingredient-sensitive skin. I loved the enzyme mask, steam treatment + extractions, and the hot towels used to clear the products.

It was clear my facialist, Ella, heard my skin concerns and goals (I wanted to leave with my skin just better) and all of these treatments left my skin calm, so moisturized, and glowing.

Garcelle here — During my Body Balance Massage (Woodhouse’s take on a classic Swedish massage), my masseuse used long, flowing movements with light-to-medium pressure to help reduce tension + increase circulation.

We ended our trip to the spa in the Himalayan Salt Room. The dry salt sanctuary is designed to help clear your thoughts, skin, and lungs naturally. Benefits include improved respiratory health, skin health, and peace of mind. We could both immediately feel the positive effects on our breathing.

What not to miss:

Don’t forget to enjoy all of the other features of the spa. To help you slip into a state of complete relaxation, guests can choose from a variety of warm teas, or enjoy a signature Woodhouse Mimosa or a glass of wine in the luxe Quiet Room. The customer service was top notch. We received product recommendations for our unique concerns and felt truly taken care of.
