Rachel here, and if there’s one thing I love, it’s looking at houses + new apartment communities in the area. I know many of you may be in the market and not feeling like venturing out during the pandemic, so I did the hard work for you.

Come along with me as I tour Vine North Hills (500 St. Albans Dr.) to see how you can #TryThis.

Experience:

Touring the new Vine North Hills apartment community

What we tried:

A significant factor in choosing a place to live is the overall feel of the community. At Vine North Hills, the warm and welcoming feeling begins in the lobby.

The decor style at Vine embraces natural elements

Along with multiple living spaces where you can escape from the hustle and bustle, the amenities at Vine make you feel like you’re stepping into a resort.

Throughout the building and in the studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments, you’ll find a blend of natural and modern elements, including warm tones, oversized windows providing natural light, stainless steel appliance packages + smart technology.

The community is centrally located in the first phase of the new North Hills Innovation District — a 33-acre development featuring walkable trails, outdoor space, office buildings + more, all designed with local businesses in mind. Bonus: It’s less than a 5-minute walk to Midtown Park, Harris Teeter, North Hills shopping/dining + easy access to I-440.

What not to miss:

Even though I toured Vine on a chilly winter day, I was very tempted to take a dip in the resort-style pool. Bonus: Built-in lounge chairs.

Until the weather warms up, the 2000-sqft. 24-hour fitness center is a great place to stay active. It includes multiple treadmills, free weights, Peloton bikes + Hydrow rowing machines.

Vine's Yoga Room

Bonus: There’s a separate yoga room to help you meditate in peace

What we’re still talking about:

While the apartments at Vine are dreamy, I loved the fact that there are so many spaces to explore in the community — from the clubhouse and coworking spaces to conference rooms and a rooftop terrace.
