You know that feeling when you wake up on a Monday morning just not feeling 100%? That was me after a weekend with a little less sleep and a little more wine than usual (I blame the hostess in me when friends come to town).

Branded Copywriter Garcelle here. 👋 Lucky for me, I had pre-booked my first IV hydration treatment at Hydrate Medical. Join me for an hour of rest, relaxation, and re-hydration. 💧

As a first timer, I checked in at the front desk and chose which IV hydration drip I wanted before going on a quick tour of the therapy rooms.

What we tried:

Hydrate Medical offers a number of different drips to choose from, depending on what you (and your body) need that day.

Designed not only to hydrate prior to (or after) long nights, but also to improve energy, cellular function + recovery, I opted to try the Hydrate Epic Hangover ($189) for its added three medication boosters + oxygen therapy.

I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I felt a difference: much more energized + awake. A few days later, my husband wound up under the weather, but I credit my IV drip for how I skipped the sniffles.

Pro tip: Treatments range from $89-189, but new customers can get their First Drip for $89.

What not to miss:

The customization: I truly felt like my IV drip was designed just for me. The drip treatments + boosts vary depending on your goal (think: an immune boost, recovery/wellness, combating a hangover, fighting jet lag, and more) and you can create a combo fit just for you.

After mixing my IV drip (filled with Super B, Vitamin C, B12 + other antioxidants/minerals), my nurse, Nicole, started with my three medication boosters:

  1. Toradol: an anti-inflammatory
  2. Zofran: an anti-nausea
  3. Pepci: an antacid

What we’re still talking about:

Did you know you can re-hydrate with friends, family, or coworkers (we love a relaxing lunch break) thanks to the group room that fits up to seven people. Bonus: Some therapy rooms include magazines, speakers, and TVs along with complimentary snacks + beverages.

The local IV hydration company also offers:

  • Mobile (hydrate at your home, hotel, or event) + after-hours appointments
  • Wedding day drips (looking at you, City Editor Anne 👀)
  • Add-on boosts like the Athlete Boost or SlimBoost

How you can experience this:

Schedule an appointment at the Glenwood South or Cary clinics (or one of the five other locations across NC + SC). 💧
