Yesterday was World Vegan Day — celebrate by dining at one of the eateries participating in the second Triangle Vegan Restaurant Week happening now through Monday, Nov. 7.

Whether you’re a seasoned vegan, a vegetarian, or just curious, there are 15+ restaurants, bakeries, bars, breweries, and food trucks around the Triangle offering innovative plant-based dishes this week.

  • Libations 317 , 317 W. Morgan St., Raleigh | The special menu for this craft cocktail bistro includes a vegan taco and banh mi (vegan pork belly topped with pickled vegetables on a white bun).
  • Young Hearts Distilling , 225 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh | Raleigh’s first distillery is dishing up fried Fox Farm mushroom lettuce wraps, sweet potato ribbons, and butternut squash empanadas.
  • Sitti , 137 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh | This authentic Lebanese spot is offering a three-course meal ($45 per person), featuring dishes like spinach pastries and cauliflower steak.
