An undisclosed national retailer is coming to a long-vacant spot on Hillsborough Street next to the Target. Construction will start next month after staying vacant for four years, and the project is expected to take up to one year. (Triangle Business Journal)

Ish Delicatessen will close its doors on Person Street at the end of March after five-ish years. This hidden gem is known for its Southern-ish, Jewish-ish, Italian-ish deli vibes in a timeless space.

Iris’s famed matcha pop-up is back this Saturday, March 7 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This time around, we’re eyeing the ube mini latte with purple ube salt cream and the miso matcha cinnamon roll.
