From coworking rooms to full-production studios, Raleigh has plenty of places to hit record — any guess how many?
Josh Stein recently announced that North Carolina’s Rural Infrastructure Authority approved 15 grants totaling $5.88 million, projects expected to leverage more than $43 million in public and private investment and create 206 new jobs in rural NC. Projects include building renovations, infrastructure upgrades, and downtown improvements.

Primary election day is tomorrow, March 3, in Wake County for federal, state, county partisan contests, and City of Raleigh municipal contests. Make sure you’re registered and check out the sample ballot before heading to the polls.

The North Hills Innovation District is growing. Last week, Kane Realty broke ground on Tributary, a six-story, 332-unit residential building. The development includes ground-floor retail, live-work units, and amenities like courtyards and a wellness center. The project follows a 28-acre land acquisition, advancing Kane’s $1 billion Midtown vision. (The News & Observer)
