Legendary jam band Phish is coming to Coastal Credit Union Music Park on July 17, and you can request tickets through Monday, Feb 23. Phish last played Raleigh at Coastal in 2022. As a reminder, free general parking is no longer included; passes start at $20.
Traffic
Construction at the Western Boulevard entrances to 440 is scheduled for completion this summer. The project started in 2019 and was originally set to be finished in 2023. (Triangle Business Journal)

Development
John Kane of Kane Realty told Triangle Business Journal that Downtown South could begin construction before the end of 2026. The new development would be developed with the owner of the NC Courage, and the team would move to a potential stadium in the development.
History
St. Augustine’s former president, Dr. Prezell Robinson, will be honored among other trailblazers from College Park and Idlewild neighborhoods this weekend. Robinson, 105, retired in 1995 and led the HBCU through racial turmoil. (The News & Observer)
