There’s a new sandwich spot in Smoky Hollow, and it’s part of a new culinary school biz. Garlic Bay is serving up sammys like an Italian with spicy capicola, a beef sandwich with London broil meat, a tuna salad wrap, and other lunch options.

Garlic Bay is part of Hone-Sharpen, a new culinary experience from chef Cherisse Byers, who we talked to back in 2024. Classes are now open, and upcoming offerings include a chicken breakdown knife skills class + a sweet trends class including strawberry matchas and cookie croissants.

From Allie
