This Mansion Monday, weâre going modern, and this south Raleigh home near Lake Wheeler is filled with luxe contemporary allure.
With four beds, six baths, and conveniently located between Raleigh and Cary, this home is truly one-of-a-kind. Some of our favorite features include the 12-foot ceilings, the custom birch doors, the floating staircase, and a private in-law suite.
If thatâs not enough, youâll have over 5,000 sqft indoors and 3.87 acres outside your front door with 70 recently planted trees that will mature into even more privacy.

Happy Monday, Raleigh. This weekend, I went back to Cheeni, which is quickly becoming one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Plus, itâs in a great spot before a show at DPAC or have a night on the town in Durham.
