Welcome mats are rolling out around the Triangle in anticipation of the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes, returning the first three weekends of October.
This free, open-to-the-public tour invites you inside more than 250 homes in 178 neighborhoods + communities spanning nine counties in the Triangle area.
From affordable new builds to stunning, multi-million-dollar properties, visitors will have the chance to explore a wide range of innovative designs, price points, and styles up close and in person.
Go at your own pace
The sheer scope can feel daunting, but don’t worry, the self-guided setup means visitors can pick and choose the properties that interest them. No obligations, no entry fees — just show up and start finding inspo. Can’t make the first weekend? All homes are available to explore all three weekends, so you don’t miss a single detail.

Tomi Sushi, the newest concept from the Giorgios Group, is now open near Giorgios Epicurean Market + East End Bistrot. Expect a wide variety of sushi, fresh seafood, wagyu, and a la carte sashimi and nigiri. Plus, call ahead for a personalized omakase experience.

One more opening — Anthropologie’s first standalone Maeve store is now open at Village District, and this sweet new store is offering a slate of opening week events, including bouquets, shopping with stylists, and free coffee.

New foods have dropped for the NC State Fair, and our mouths are already watering. From deep fried lamp chops and chicken feet to Dubai chocolate churros and fried frozen watermelon, you won’t find foods like this anywhere else.
Coming Soon
Another golf simulator biz is coming to Raleigh at Falls River Town Center in North Raleigh. Back Nine Golf will open a new location, courtesy of franchisee Joseph Gendy, and it’ll be open 24 hours with four simulators. Check out the business at the Chapel Hill location, or wait till the Raleigh one opens this winter. (The News & Observer)
