Pride Month is celebrated throughout June to honor the LGBTQ+ community, and Raleigh’s Pride Month calendar is bursting with events throughout the city. Here are just some of Raleigh’s signature Pride events to celebrate love + community in Oak City.
Pride Market and Drag Show | Saturday, June 14 | 12-4 p.m. | Hartwell Raleigh | Free entry | Put on by queer- and minority-owned business Urban Pothos, this event will benefit the LGBT Center of Raleigh.
Pride Drag Show | Sunday, June 15 | 5-8 p.m. | Boxcar Bar + Arcade | Free entry | Enjoy colorful drag performances by Ema Del Rey, Jada J Agave, Byanka Bangsum, and Saniya Chanel Iman.
Drag Bingo Night | Monday, June 23 | 7-9 p.m. | The Longleaf Hotel and Lounge | Free entry | Head to this bingo night hosted by Chanté Elise Cassidy. Make sure to grab a burger or hot dog from Ghost Pepper Industries.
