Get a taste of this. Raleigh chef and restaurateur Ashley Christensen is cooking up something good with her new intimate dining experience, AC’s Table at Poole’s. Sigh, what we wouldn’t give to have a place at this table.
After the first experience sold out in less than 20 minutes, the next dinner is planned for Wednesday, March 12 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The inspiration behind the concept is Christensen’s traveling, and the theme of the cuisine will focus on Australia.
The meal will have five courses featuring dishes like Jonah crab with cornmeal-fried green tomato + deviled egg remoulade to start and Japanese sea bass with crispy squash blossom, and green garlic. Get this Australian experience for $125 per person and consider taking things up a notch by adding a curated wine selection for $50.
Secure your seat at the table by making a reservation.
