• Raleigh’s housing construction looks like it’ll slow down soon with a 16% decrease in the number of housing units permitted per 10,000 people. Some NC metros, like Greensboro and Winston-Salem, will see an up to 20% increase. (Axios Raleigh)

• Wake County has opened a free dental clinic for children without insurance. The new clinic in Zebulon will offer no-cost exams, cleanings, x-rays, and more to those under 20 — the same program is available at the Public Health Center on Sunnybrook Road in Raleigh.
