Duke’s “Hot Tomato Summer” is coming to Raleigh

Tomatoes and mayo are an iconic southern pairing. For the fourth year, Duke’s Mayo is bringing back its celebration of that very duo — Hot Tomato Summer.

Celebrated in Richmond, Greenville, Charlotte, and Charleston in the past, 2024 marks the first year for Raleigh to join the lineup.

Hot Tomato Summer will take place this Thursday, July 18 through Sunday, July 28 and more than 30 restaurants in the Triangle are participating.

How can I take part?

During the event, look out for mayo + tomato-themed specials on local menus. You’ll get the chance to vote online for your favorite dish to win the Golden Tomato.
