Have you heard? The MICHELIN Guide announced its expansion into the South, including North Carolina, as part of its upcoming MICHELIN Guide American South issue.

As a matter of fact, the MICHELIN Guide’s anonymous inspectors are already scouting restaurants, making dining reservations in search of unique + diverse culinary gems throughout the region. And if they’ve arrived in Raleigh, we know the options are plentiful.

The MICHELIN Guide has come a long way from its 1900s inception as a little red destination book. Today, the guide prioritizes fine dining restaurants, but this Southern tour marks an opportunity for the acknowledgment of prestigious culinary spots in a new setting.

Insert: Raleigh foodies with hearty opinions. Which local eateries would you nominate to be included in the MICHELIN guide? We want to know what Raleigh restaurants you think would be a shoe-in, so we created an online form to hear your thoughts + local expertise.
