In a world with multiple school options, it can be hard to decide which is best for your student.

Enter: Wake County Public School System’s Magnet and Early College Fair — happening Saturday, Oct. 26 from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and giving parents the chance to explore WCPSS’ innovative + award-winning magnet schools.

Attend the fair to:

  • Meet with representatives from 60+ Magnet and early college schools.
  • Learn about each K-12 program pathway, including Arts Plus, Gifted & Talented, Global Studies + Language Immersion, International Baccalaureate, and STEM.
  • Get your application and program questions answered in one place.
  • Discover how Magnet schools do things differently by tailoring classes to students’ strengths + interests to create well-rounded learners.

Interested in applying? Enrollment is now open. Here’s how to apply:

  1. Find Magnet school options per home address.
  2. Apply during the application window (Magnet + Year-Round: now-Jan. 23; Early College: now-Dec. 12).
  3. Note that applying is a two-step process — so be sure to enroll in WCPSS before applying.
