The skybridge

As the buildout of The Exchange Raleigh progresses, the top two floors will connect to the second tower, 2000 Social, via the two-story skybridge + park. These levels (at 28,500 sqft each) will be reserved for a headquarters tenant.

The iconic skybridge, featuring an oculus garden with views to the park below, will offer a dramatic focal point that will be visible from I-440 (read: Raleigh’s beltline).
