First look of the 2025 Hopscotch Music Festival

The wait is over — Oak City’s annual music festival has announced this year’s lineup.

Japanese Breakfast plays Hopscotch 2023 in Raleigh NC.

This indie fest has brought in artists like Japanese Breakfast, St. Vincent + Dr. Dog.

The highly anticipated lineup for Raleigh’s Hopscotch Music Festival is finally here. As promised, we’re giving you a first look at this indie fest’s 15th year.

Slated to return Thursday, Sept. 4 through Saturday, Sept. 6 to the downtown area, you can expect three days of parties, comedy shows, VIP fun, local vendors, Skate Raleigh activation + of course, good music. Here are a few performers to get excited for:

Thursday, Sept. 4
From Singapore to Oak City, indie artist Yeule will be hitting the City Plaza stage with rock band YHWH Nailgun + rapper Earl Sweatshirt.

Friday, Sept. 5
North Carolina-based acts Fust + Blue Cactus will go on before rockers Geese and My Morning Jacket at City Plaza.

Saturday, Sept. 6
Support Chapel Hill’s indie group Superchunk at Moore Square before heading to City Plaza to see pop-duo Sparks headline.

Pro tip: Make sure to pay attention to the clubs lineup for a full day of jamming — you could see acts like American actor, comedian + musician Kyle Mooney.
