Wake County Public Libraries are partnering with Gale Presents: Udemy to provide free access to over 25,000 expert-led video courses for all library cardholders. The platform offers a wide range of topics, including business, technology, skilled trades, and personal development, with content tailored for job seekers and English language learners.

Courses are available in 12+ languages, and 85% have been updated within the past two years to reflect current industry demands. Users can customize their learning experience by filtering courses by topic, skill level, duration, and language.

This initiative aligns with the county’s focus on lifelong learning and removing barriers to high-quality education.

To get started, residents can sign up for a free library card online or in person and access the course catalog.
