Midtown Raleigh mixed-use development The Exchange Raleigh, conceptualized by Dewitt Carolinas, just got even more luxurious with an agreement with a national health club chain.

Life Time will add an athletic country club spanning three floors and 80,000 sqft, including a 35,000 sqft rooftop beach club. Plus, the new Life Time Living tower will feature multi-family luxury residences available to lease, making up Phase 2 of the development.

Apartment homes will range from 650 to 1,500 sqft and emphasize resident health + wellness. This tower will be Life Time Living locale No. 7.

12 story residential + office building 1000 Social is slated to open later this year. Highlights of this WELL certified flagship tower include a surrounding four-acre park, 20,000 sqft of ground-level retail + restaurant space, and highly amenitized offerings like high-speed elevators.

Life Time will break ground on the athletic country club + Life Time Living later this year with plans for completion in early 2027.
